I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel offered a beautiful view and an inviting pool, but I found some aspects disappointing. I had an incredible time at this resort! The location was perfect, right next to a duty-free mall and surrounded by picturesque views. The room I stayed in was spacious with an amazing sea view, and the staff were attentive and made my stay special. The breakfast service was slow, and I encountered language barriers with the staff which made communication challenging. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially given the availability of better options in Sanya.
